AB Sanitas (hereinafter - the “Company”) hereby informs that on 23 July 2013 the sole shareholder of the Company Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. adopted the decision to delist the Company’s shares from trading on the regulated market, active in the Republic of Lithuania, AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Baltic Main List, and not to offer Company’s shares publically.
Based on this decision the Company submitted respective request to AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius and applied to the Bank of Lithuania regarding non-consideration of the Company as the issuer on 23 July 2013.
