McCain Makes the "San Diego's 50 Best Places to Work 2009" List

To determine the best places to work, San Diego Business Journal partnered
with the Best Companies Group, a Harrisburg, Pa.-based firm that conducts
regional "best places to work" programs across the country. On behalf of
San Diego Business Journal, the Best Companies Group conducted two surveys
which were distributed amongst small, mid and large-sized organizations in
the San Diego area that volunteered to participate in the program. The
first survey was a questionnaire for the participating employer detailing
company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The second was a
satisfaction survey for the participating employer's employees covering
leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction,
working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and
development, pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction.
