Verkkokauppa.com Oyj's comparable EBITDA for the year 2018, based on the unaudited information, was EUR 12.6 million (FAS).
Verkkokauppa.com Oyj announced a profit warning on 17 January 2019 according to which, based on the initial unaudited information available to the company at that time, the company's EBITDA for 2018 was EUR 10.2 million. The company had previously estimated its comparable EBITDA for 2018 to be between EUR 11-14 million (FAS).
In connection with the preparation of the financial information for the year 2018 and the review of the information concerning the initial EBITDA, the company has now detected a system error, which has been located and corrected. The error was related to the last quarter of 2018. The comparable EBITDA for the year 2018 is EUR 2.4 million higher than the preliminary information announced on 17 January 2019.
Verkkokauppa.com has announced on 12 December 2018 in its company release that it will prepare its financial statements release and annual financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the period ended 31, December 2018.
Verkkokauppa.com Oyj will publish its Financial Statements Release on 15 February 2019.
