Verkkokauppa.com Oyj (the "Company") has on 12 December 2018 decided on the transition to apply the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in its financial reporting. The Company's date of transition to IFRS is 1 January 2017.
The Company will publish its year-end financial statement release and financial statements for the financial period ending on 31 December 2018 in accordance with IFRS. The Company has previously prepared its financial statements, including its interim reports, in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS). The Company will separately publish an announcement on the effects of the transition to IFRS with regard to its financial information.
The Company will publish its financial reports in 2019 in accordance with IFRS according to the schedule of the financial reporting, announced on 4 October 2018.
