(www.bonterraenergy.com) (TSX: BNE) (“Bonterra” or the “Company”) confirms that as previously announced on November 29, 2018, the November 2018 monthly cash dividend will be $0.01 per share (a $0.09 per share reduction from the previous month). The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2018. The record date for the dividend is December 14, 2018 and the ex-dividend date is December 13, 2018. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
