(“Plasticase” or “Company”), a specialty and protective carrying case products manufacturer, is pleased to announce that its European Subsididary, Nanuk Europe EU B.V., has acquired the protective case assets of Vakfoto Technifo B.V., a Netherlands-based exclusive distributor of Plasticase products in Europe for over a decade.

This acquisition will maximize our potential abroad, establishing for Nanuk Europe a local sales and customer services team with extensive expertise and networks in the European market, as well as a well located distribution center.
