Partners Announces $1.85 Million Mortgage at Ontario Property

TORONTO, Sept. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Partners Real Estate Investment Trust ("Partners" or the "REIT") (TSX:PAR.UN) is pleased to announce that it has finalized a new mortgage at the REIT's Timmins Power Centre property in Timmins, Ontario.

The mortgage closed today and is for $1.85 million, has a two-year term, a 25 year amortization period and an interest rate of 4.05%. Proceeds from the financing, plus excess cash will be utilized towards the repayment of the property’s $4.1 million maturing mortgage.
