Assure Holdings Reports that Cease Trade Order was Revoked by BCSC

DENVER, Aug. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assure Holdings Corp. (the “Company” or “Assure”) (TSXV: IOM; OTCQB: ARHH), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, announces that effective August 20th, 2018, the British Columbia Securities Commission confirmed that it removed the cease trade order imposed on the Company as a result of the Company becoming compliant by filing its first quarter financial results and management discussion and analysis for the three months ended March 31, 2018. Trading will not resume until the halt imposed by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") is lifted. The Company is working with the TSXV to expeditiously lift the halt and will update the market once a date is determined for the resumption of trading.

“We are happy that we have surpassed one key hurdle and look forward to trading again on the TSXV. Getting past this obstacle will allow us to focus on profitable growth and continued strong operational performance” said John A. Farlinger, Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer.
