Pursuant to section 30 of Consolidated Act no. 12 of 8 January 2018 on capital markets, as amended, NeuroSearch A/S ("NeuroSearch") hereby announces to have received a major shareholder announcement from Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP).
Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP) has informed NeuroSearch that Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP) today has disposed of all of its shares in NeuroSearch following which Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP) does not hold any shares or voting rights in NeuroSearch.
