DELAY IN FILING OF THE GROUP’S ANNUAL CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017
The Board announces that due to the Auditors still awaiting the receipt of further audit confirmations from Company related parties, the Company will not be in a position to file its Consolidated Financial Statements for the Period ended 31st December 2017 by the 15th August 2018 as indicated in our previous announcement.
Subject to the Auditors receiving all outstanding information within the next two weeks, they expect the Consolidated Financial Statements to be filed no later than the 7th September 2018.
As a result of this further delay, publishing of the 6 month interim report to 30 June 2018 will also be delayed. The Auditors have confirmed that the interim report is expected to be finalised within four weeks from the completion of the December 2017 audit.
