Signe Kukin will become a member of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer of AS Ekspress Grupp on 1 August 2018. The service contract of Pirje Raidma, the current Chief Financial Officer, will end on 31 July 2018.
For the last five years Signe was the group CFO in AS Merko Ehitus and before that worked for United Utilities group in Estonia, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
Signe’s experience in financial management of a listed company, corporate restructuring, management of investor relations and international business will contribute a lot in the development of Ekspress Grupp.
Signe Kukin does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
