Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 24 May 2018 regarding Hexagon Composites' share buy-back program.
Hexagon Composites ASA has on 27 June 2018 bought 46,774 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at an average price of NOK 27.29 per share. After the transaction Hexagon Composites ASA holds 2,366,075 shares in the Company.
The share buy-back program initiated 24 May 2018 is now completed.
