Beginning July 1, all homes entering into a sales agreement will include keyless entry by Baldwin, Wi-Fi thermostats by Carrier, and Wi-Fi garage control, along with either a Wi-Fi prewire or full Wi-Fi package (select areas). Previously sold as options, prospective buyers will now receive these devices as a part of the outstanding features included in their new home.
