On 18 June 2018, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Bariot Group OÜ entered into a contract to perform design and construction works of monolithic reinforced concrete frame for a residential and commercial building “Kardioru Plaza” with two underground and nine above ground floors located at Vesivärava 50, Tallinn.
The contract value is above EUR 3 million, plus value added tax. The construction will start in June 2018 and the works are scheduled to be completed in March 2019.
The concrete works department of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti offers solutions for buildings and structures made of precast or cast-in-situ concrete, which are built by units of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti as well as external contractors. The concrete works department employs more than 90 people, who perform construction works of concrete floors and monolithic reinforced concrete structures as well as assembly works of precast reinforced concrete elements.
