Real Property Management (RPM) welcomes Nish Fernando and Kapila Edirisinghe as the new owners of Real Property Management Gateway in Toronto. The partners plan to service clients in the GTA, specifically Toronto and Mississauga, as well as Hamilton.
Edirisinghe has years of experience in the real estate industry and is currently a real estate agent in Brampton. Fernando has extensive experience in building and facilities management, customer service and negotiations. They both felt that the partnership with RPM would bring more added-value services to their clients.
“This new career path is an excellent blend of my past experiences,” says Fernando. “I started out in management and engineering, and have skills in maintenance. Now, I can put all those skills to work. We’re excited to get started.”
Fernando and Edirisinghe have known each other for many years. As their relationship grew, they realized their strengths complimented each other and they both had the desire to start their own company. They started exploring options, and found that Real Property Management was a perfect fit for them.
