Zodiac Aerospace shareholders meeting
Plaisir, January 9, 2018 - Zodiac Aerospace held its combined General Shareholders' Meeting today in Versailles.
The quorum of the shareholders present or represented amounted to 59.501% of the shares with voting rights[1].
The General Shareholders' Meeting approved all the resolutions submitted to its vote.
- In particular, the shareholders approved the Group financial statements for the 2016/2017 fiscal year. The General Shareholders' Meeting also approved the compensation elements due or granted for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2017 to Mr. Yann Delabrière, Mr. Maurice Pinault, Mr. Didier Fontaine, Mr. Olivier Zarrouati, Mr. Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas and Mrs. Yannick Assouad (resolution 12 to 17).
- The General Shareholders' Meeting approved the renewal of the term of office, as a member of the Supervisory Board, of Patrick Daher and Louis Desanges for two years.
- The shareholders' meeting approved the end of the term of office of Didier Domange, as a member of the Supervisory Board, with effect at the end of this General Meeting.
- The shareholders' meeting also marked the term of office of Mrs. Elisabeth Domange as a member of the Supervisory Board, with effect at the end of this General Meeting.

Yann Delabrière, Chairman of the Executive Board, reviewed the achievements of the year as well as the Group's three priorities, which are restoring the customer relations, accelerating the operational recovery and the transformation plan to ensure sustainable performance.
The Supervisory Board met after the General Meeting and elected Mr. Louis Desanges as its Chairman. The Supervisory Board warmly thanked Elisabeth Domange and Didier Domange for their involvement in the life and development of the Group. Didier Domange was Chairman of the Supervisory Board for 44 years.
