As announced in the company announcement of 4 August 2016, the Board of Directors of BoConcept Holding A/S has decided to delist the B-shares and request Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S to delist and remove the B-shares from trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S, with the last trading day being 11 August or as soon as possible hereafter.
The majority shareholder of BoConcept Holding A/S has as announced on 13 July 2016 initiated a compulsory redemption of the remaining minority shareholders in BoConcept Holding A/S in accordance with sections 70 and 72 of the Danish Companies Act (Selskabsloven) requesting that the shareholders provide their acceptance and transfer their shares to Layout Bidco A/S on 11 August 2016 at 18:00 (CET) at the latest.
Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S has today accepted the request for delisting and the last trading day for the B-shares will be 11 August 2016.
