AB Sanitas (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that following coming into force of the decision of the Vilnius City Local Court, dated 6 June 2013 in the civil case No. 2-4148-910/2013 on 8 July 2013 (the Company has informed on the adoption of the decision on 7 June 2013 by notifying a material event) and based on it making of entries in the Company’s shareholders personal securities accounts by AB FMĮ “Finasta”, the squeeze-out of Company’s shares was finalized and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. became a sole shareholder of the Company on 16 July 2013.
