Correction of disclosure dated June 25, 2007

1.  Nmás1 Agencia de Valores, S.A., Madrid, Spain, has notified us in
compliance with section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
our company exceeded the 3 percent, 5 percent, and 10 percent thresholds on
June 20, 2007 and amounts to 10.132 percent (1,318,050 voting rights) with
effect from that date.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributable to Nmás1 Agencia
de Valores, S.A., in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder - whose proportion of the voting
rights in Loewe AG amounts to 3 percent or more - are attributable to Nmás1
Agencia de Valores, S.A.:

EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland. 

2. N Más Uno IBG, S.A., Madrid, Spain, has notified us in compliance with
section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in our company
exceeded the 3 percent, 5 percent, and 10 percent thresholds on June 20,
2007 and amounts to 10.132 percent (1,318,050 voting rights) with effect
from that date.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributable to N Más Uno IBG,
S.A., in accordance with section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction
with sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholder - whose proportion of the voting
rights in Loewe AG amounts to 3 percent or more - are attributable to N Más
Uno IBG, S.A.:

EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland.
