Stockholm, 2011-12-13 16:22 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TrustBuddy International AB (publ) new share issue has been completed
TrustBuddy International AB (publ) (“TrustBuddy” or the “Company”) new share issue has been completed. The new share issue was mainly done to receive new shareholders and it resulted in 117 new shareholders. TrustBuddy now has about 200 shareholders owning shares of more than EUR 500. The new share issue was subscribed to approximately 21 percent and TrustBuddy receives some MSEK 1.2 before transaction costs. Contract notes will be sent today, on the 13th of December 2011.
The number of shares in TrustBuddy will increase by 3,104,000 shares and amount to 265,842,903 shares after the registration of the new share issue. The share capital will increase to a total of SEK 10,434,290.76
