On December 06, 2011, Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL,
Luxemburg, Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Kabel Deutschland Holding AG,
Unterföhring, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 30, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.04% (this
corresponds to 4532313 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
4532313 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.11% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 97749 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
