of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Kabel Deutschland Holding
AG, Unterföhring, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on November 28, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.96% (this
corresponds to 4461152 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
