Silver Horn Mining Ltd. Acquires "76" Mine in Arizona's Historic Tip Top Mining District

PHOENIX, June 30, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silver Horn Mining Ltd. (OTCBB:SILV) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the "76" silver mine, located less than 50 miles northwest of Phoenix in Yavapai County, Arizona. The property consists of 35 unpatented mineral claims (totaling approximately 700 acres).

The "76" mine property lies within the historic Tip Top Mining District, which is noted to be one of the most successful silver producing districts in Arizona's rich mining history. Historic mining is restricted to a series of mineralized exposures underlying only a small portion of the claims. Additional exploration potential exists along surface outcrops over the entire length of the property.

Silver Horn is currently planning an exploration program consisting of sampling, mapping and assaying to determine potential targets for drilling and further development.

CEO, Dan Bleak stated, "The acquisition of the '76' Mine is an exceptional opportunity for Silver Horn in that it meets our requirements of being a past producer within a known resource district. We look forward to initiating exploration on the property to identify targets for future exploration and potential resource quantification."
