On June 28, 2011, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Pironet NDH AG, Köln,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
June 22, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.40% (this corresponds to 350451
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.21% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 322451 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
