AMANDA CAPITAL HAS REPURCHASED OWN SHARES

AMANDA CAPITAL HAS REPURCHASED OWN SHARES                                        

Amanda Capital Plc has today repurchased 163.153 own shares. The transaction value was 1 euro. The purchase relates to the transaction executed on 16.3.2011, where Amanda Capital acquired the entire share capital of eQ Asset Management and Advium Corporate Finance. The terms of the transaction stipulates, that Amanda has the right to repurchase Amanda Capital shares that were given as payment in the transaction, if a person terminates its employment contract. The right to repurchase own shares was granted at the Annual General Meeting on 14.4.2010.

Prior to repurchasing the shares mentioned above, Amanda Capital Plc did not own any of its own shares and currently the company owns 163.153 of its own shares.
