Ramirent has signed an agreement to acquire Rogaland Planbygg AS, the leading provider of rental accommodation and office modules to the oil and gas industry in Norway. The acquisition, which will increase the annual net sales of Ramirent Norway by approximately EUR 22 million, supports Ramirent’s strategy of diversifying its customer base and strengthening its product offering – now with high-class modules.
Founded in 1997, Rogaland Planbygg AS brings valuable expertise in the high-class module market and strong relationships in the growing oil and gas industry in Norway. Headquartered in Stavanger, Rogaland Planbygg serves customers across Norway.
