His duties will include management and business development in the field of casual couture apparel and accessories. Currently, the Company's subsidiary, PRVCY Couture, Inc., offers denim and other products under the PRVCY Premium brand.
Previously, Mr. Christian Wicks spent five years as president of Defiance USA. At Defiance, Mr. Wicks was instrumental in overseeing production and development of English Laundry, Fender Clothing, John Lennon Collection, Jimi Hendrix Collection and The Scott Weiland Collection lines.
