ORGANIZING MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF EFORE PLC
In its first meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors elected Matti Vikkula to continue as Chairman. Matti Vikkula was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee and Olli Heikkilä and Ari Siponmaa were elected as members. The decision on the Nomination Committee will be made later. The company has no Compensation Committee.
