Honey Badger Exploration Announces Share Issuance


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 13, 2011) - Honey Badger Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TUF) ("Honey Badger" or the "Company") announces, further to its press release dated December 16, 2010, that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to issue common shares to insiders and consultants for services rendered to the Company in lieu of cash consideration. The common shares were issued on January 13, 2011. 

A total of 1,900,000 common shares were issued, of which 1,000,000 were issued to insiders. Approval for share issuance to insiders was obtained from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on June 22, 2010. Share issuances will have a four-month and one day hold period.
