MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - November 4, 2010) -  ADB International Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ADBI), through its 50% investment in Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc., (Subsea), announced that Scott Wolinsky, the inventor of the "BOPstopper," has received a notification from the ISOPE-2011 Technical Program Committee (TPC) indicating that his paper entitled "Method and Apparatus for Containing Subsea Oil Spills Caused by a Defective Blowout Preventer (BOP) Stack" is tentatively scheduled, pending a final review, for the Annual ISOPE-2011 Conference to be held June 19-24, 2011 in Maui, Hawaii.

"Subsea Oil Technologies, Inc. is pleased to have the opportunity to present our patent pending solutions to deepwater oil rig blowouts at the ISOPE-2011 conference," stated Mr. Matthew Schulman, Director of ADBI. He added that, "We believe that presenting our technology in this type of forum to industry experts and executives can help to minimize this type of oil spill in the future and lessen ecological disasters similar to the massive 2010 BP/Deepwater Horizon BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico."

ISOPE's website states that its objectives include, "...to promote and improve technological progress in the interdisciplinary fields of offshore, ocean and polar engineering...." The membership comes from more than 30 countries, and the Society's Annual ISOPE Conference has had participants from more than 50 countries.

Subsea's "BOPstopper" is designed to substantially isolate a defective BOP stack, that spews oil and/or gas, from the ocean by completely circumventing and encasing the defective BOP.
