Change of Number of Shares and Votes in SinterCast


[Stockholm,  29 October 2010] -  With reference  to Chapter  4, section 9 of the
Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS 1991:980), it is hereby announced
that  the number of shares  and votes in SinterCast  AB increased during October
2010.

Following  the  registration  of  the  shares  received  in conjunction with the
exercise  of the  warrants, as  conducted by  the Swedish Companies Registration
Office, the number of shares and votes in SinterCast has increased.

Prior  to the  warrant exercise,  there were  6,478,383 SinterCast shares and an
equal  number of votes. As a result of  the exercise of the warrants, the number
of  shares and votes has increased  by 452,270. As of 14 October 2010, the total
number of shares and votes in the Company is 6,930,653.
