Lerch is currently President of Foundation Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

Prior to Foundation Real Estate Advisors, Lerch served as Vice President of Brokerage for CB Richard Ellis, Vice President of Asset Management for PM Realty Advisors and Senior Regional Manager for Insignia Commercial Group. Among his many high-profile current and previous clients are Aetna, Mattel, Cox Communications, ConocoPhillips, Northrop Grumman, Wells Fargo Bank and many more.
Lerch also served as an investment advisor and manager for major U.S. pension funds, which involved the purchase and sale of a diverse portfolio of investment properties and the oversight of ongoing operations. He holds an MBA in real estate financial analysis from the University of Southern California and a BS in business administration from Pepperdine University.
