3.20% of the voting rights (143,302 voting rights) as of September 22,
2010.
All voting rights in Manz Automation AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
On September 27, 2010, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA,
has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Manz Automation AG, Reutlingen, Germany, crossed above the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.20% of the voting rights (143,302 voting
rights) as of September 22, 2010.
