GEOSENTRIC OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE September 6, 2010 at 16:20 GEOSENTRIC ADOPTS NEW OPTION PLANS AND ALLOCATES OPTIONS TO EMPLOYEES GeoSentric announces that it has decided to adopt two new option plans by issuing a maximum of 15,848,000 new option rights to the employees of the group. The option rights under the Option Plan 2010-I and 2010-II are allocated to the employees and key engineering resources. The options are issued on standard terms used by the company in its option plans. Each option right entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at subscription price that equals to volume-weighted average price of company's share on stock exchange during September 2010. The options will vest on quarterly basis and the share subscription period on all options ends on October 1, 2016.
