GEOSENTRIC OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE September 6, 2010 at 16:15 FINANCING ROUND UPDATE, SECOND TRANCHE RECEIVED AND PLACEMENT FEE PAID As announced before, GeoSentric Oyj entered into financing agreements with its lead investor on June 30, 2010 enabling the company to receive financing up to the aggregate of 6M€. The terms of the financing were approved by the Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2010. The first tranche of 2.5M€ was raised on June 30, 2010. GeoSentric Oyj has now called and received also the second tranche of 2.5M€ of the agreed financing, leaving up to 1M€ to be received later. In connection with calling the second trance of financing the Board of Directors has further decided to pay the remaining part of the agreed placement fee on the investments received in 2009 and 2010 by issuing in total 23,750,000 shares without charge to Raymond Kalley, a former Board member who assisted the company with the financing round.
