GoHealthMD, Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Tree Top Industries, Inc. Announces Its Intention to Form a New Subsidiary, Go Health Eye Care Centers International, Inc., to Focus on Delivering Emerging Eye-Care Technologies on a Global Basis

NEW YORK, Aug. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Recently Tree Top (OTCBB:TTII), entered into a Letter of Intent with WorldWithoutBlindness, LLC, ("WWB"), a not-for-profit medical corporation whose expressed mission is "to prevent blindness through screening and early disease detection, patient information, physician education and vision science research." During due diligence, Tree Top's management, along with WWB related medical staff, identified that more work needed to be done to successfully implement WWB's business model. Concurrently, WWB, in cooperation with their supporters/vendor(s), is executing a six week demonstration project in Ecuador under the direction of Dr. Celso Tello, to test the business model. This business model involves the screening of children through the use of machinery operated by a technician in the general population, with the results of the screening being sent through patented software to participating Ophthalmologists in American hospitals for interpretation. It is expected to have a major impact on the prevention of eye and other related diseases. Results of this test will be forthcoming.

Tree Top's management is also now reviewing other technologies which have been developed for general eye care and eye health, the early detection and prevention of childhood blindness, as well as for the prevention of specific eye diseases. The new subsidiary will be formed to attempt to animate these new technologies, to find and partner with other companies, and to deliver products and services related to eye care and eye health to emerging countries like India, where it may otherwise be unavailable. The business will be customized to the needs, both medical and economic, of the particular country or region.

According to the World Health Organization, ("WHO"), there are over 45 million blind and 135 million vision impaired people across the globe. 70% of those cases could be prevented with early intervention. (Statistics from www.Uniteforsight.org and the WHO).

Tree Top Industries' subsidiaries and affiliates include clean-tech energy, bio-energy and green energy solutions and health care companies. Tree Top is an early stage company that is animating its subsidiaries and affiliates concurrently, as it simultaneously moves to acquire companies that are in various stages of development. www.ttiiob.com.
