Brookstone Discusses Exchange Offer


MERRIMACK, N.H., June 29, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brookstone Company, Inc. has spoken with several of the larger holders of its 12% Second Lien Secured Notes due 2012 about the possibility of Brookstone's modifying its outstanding offer for those Notes to $820 per $1,000 principal amount. No agreement was reached and Brookstone's offer continues to be $770 (or $800 with regard to holders who tendered by May 19, 2010). Brookstone will consider whether to revise its offer or to let it expire unchanged.
