2010 pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that the percentage holding of
the voting rights of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Köln, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005488795, WKN:548879 exceeded the threshold of 3% on June 07, 2010 and
amounts to 3.14% (213,754 voting rights) on that day. All of the voting
rights are attributable to Capiton Value Management AG pursuant to Section
22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by
the following companies controlled by Capiton Value Management AG whose
proportion of voting rights are 3% or more:

WKN:548879 exceeded the threshold of 3% on June 07, 2010 and amounts to
