Nykredit Bank A/S - prospectus announcement 0% NB Amerikanske Aktier 2013 (ISIN DK0030247416)

On 9 July 2010, Nykredit Bank A/S issues a new structured bond ("0% NB
Ameri-kanske Aktier 2013") with a maturity of three years. The issue has been
arranged by Nykredit Bank A/S. 

The bonds do not pay interest, but will generate a variable return from 9 July
2010 to 9 July 2013, both dates included. This return is calculated on the
basis of the development in a basket containing ten US equities. Each equity
unit has a return cap of 30%, and the return cannot exceed 30%. The bonds will
be redeemed at maturity at par (100) as a minimum. 

The bonds are issued at a price of a maximum of DKK 105. The issue price will
be fixed on 2 July 2010 and will subsequently be published on NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen A/S. 

The subscription period for the bonds is 7 June 2010 to 1 July 2010, both dates
included. The size of the initial issue will be determined on 2 July 2010. 

Settlement of the bonds will take place three banking days after registration
with VP Securities A/S. 

An application for admission of the bonds to trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen
A/S as from 9 July 2010 has been submitted. If bonds of a nominal amount of
less than DKK 10,000,000 are subscribed for, the issue will be cancelled. The
bonds will be redeemed in full on 9 July 2013. The bond ISIN is DK0030247416. 

A prospectus has been prepared in connection with the issue, which may be
