On 26 April 2010 the Annual General Meeting of TEO LT, AB Shareholders approved
Financial Statements, Consolidated Annual and Independent Auditor's Reports for
the year ended 31 December 2009.
The Company also prepared Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports
2009.
In order to save resources and contribute to the protection of environment TEO
for the third year in a row has prepared only electronic versions of the Annual
and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports.
The Annual and Corporate Social Responsibility Reports for the year 2009 as
well as Financial Statements for the year 2009 are available on the Internet at
