IT - Load of GTC orders moved to CET 07:45 to avoid possible “race” conditions (14/10)

GTC orders are currently loaded into the INET Nordic trading system at CET
08:00. In order to avoid any risk of potential “race” conditions where new
orders bypass the time priority of the old GTC orders, we will change the
loading time of the GTC orders from 08:00 CET to 07:45 CET. With this action we
safeguard that GTC orders always retain their proper time priority. 

This change will also mean that we will send out information on the GTC orders
over ITCH and in the Execution Restatement Message at CET 07:45. 

The change will be implemented in production 2010-02-24 and is available in the
OTF environment already.
