The chairman of the supervisory board of PROCON MultiMedia AG (hereinafter
the 'Company'), Dr. Frank Roser, as well as the further member of the
supervisory board, Mr. Rainer Tschersig, have resigned from office with
effect from the end of 28 February 2010 due to the changes in the
shareholder structure of the Company.
The Company will file an application for the Local Court of Hamburg to fill
the vacant positions by way of replacement appointment with effect from 1
March 2010 until the next annual shareholders' meeting. The management
board and the resigning chairman of the supervisory board will recommend to
the Court the appointment of Mr. Jeremiah Harris, New Windsor, New York,
USA and Mr. Stephan Paridaen, Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Harris is the chairman
of PRG Holdings, LLC. PRG Holdings, LLC, the parent company of MHG Media
Holdings GmbH which is the new majority shareholder of the Company. Mr.
Paridaen is also working for the PRG-Group of Companies.
