AB Utenos trikotažas unaudited operating results of the 4rd quarter and of 12 months of the year 2009.

AB Utenos trikotažas sales for the fourth quarter of 2009 amounted to LTL 13,2
million (EUR 3,8 million), the total sales for the 2009 reached LTL 60,1
million (EUR 17,4 million), and accordingly was by 39,8 % and 36,1% less than
during the same periods in 2008. 
The Consolidated Group sales for the fourth quarter of 2009 amounted to LTL
15,8 million (EUR 4,6 million), the total sales for the 2009 reached LTL 70,3
million (EUR 20,4 million) and accordingly was by 43,9% and 36,5% less than
during the same periods in 2008. 
The Consolidated Group operating results will be published by 26th of
February, 2010.
