Anoto enters into strategic cooperation with Korean company TStudy Co., Ltd and signs contract worth 3.0 MUSD

Lund, December 23rd, 2009 - Anoto today announced that it has entered into a
strategic cooperation with the Korean company TStudy Co., Ltd. and its
subsidiaries. 

As part of the cooperation Anoto will deliver digital pens, pattern, technology
and licenses. Anoto has signed a contract worth 3.0 MUSD with the TStudy
business group of which an initial order worth 1.5 MUSD has been received. 

The cooperation will target the education and publishing sector and the initial
focus will be on the Korean market.
