Capital increase
Copenhagen, 18 December 2009. The Board of Directors of Maconomy A/S has
decided to use part of the authorisation in the company's Articles of
Association article 18 to increase the company's share capital by 242,483
shares of DKK 2 each, nom. DKK 484,966. The capital increase follows a request
from Marstrand Innovation A/S to exercise warrants granted on 24 September 2009
in conjunction with the acquisition of People Planner IP rights. The exercise
price of the warrants is DKK 2.00 per share and the total increase of
shareholders' equity is DKK 484,966. Maconomy will apply to have the shares
listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as soon as the shares have been registered
with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agen-cy.
