NanoCover A/S - the Exchange has taken the company's continued admittance to
trading up 

Today the Exchange has taken up the question of the company's continued
admittance to trading with the company. 

The Exchange has taken up the question since it could be discussed if the
company meets the admission requirements on First North, due to the fact that
the company during a long time has been without activities, the value of the
shares is very low, and also the financial situation of the company has been
subject to uncertainty through a very long period. 

The company has been given the possibility to give its comments to the
Exchange's assessment before December 23, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. On the basis of
the company's comments the Exchange will decide on a possible delisting. The
delisting might take place before year end. The Exchange's decision will be
published. 

NanoCover will still be placed on the Observation List, until a possible
delisting has taken place.
