DNB Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend


DOWNINGTOWN, Pa., Nov. 20, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of DNB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:DNBF), parent of DNB First, N.A., the oldest independent bank in Chester County, have declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the fourth quarter of 2009 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2009. The cash dividend will be paid on December 20, 2009.
