Respite of compliance with the solvency requirement according to the Danish     
Financial Business Act, section 124                                             

Amagerbanken requested and received respite from the Danish Financial           
Supervisory Authority of the deadline of compliance with the Bank's individual  
solvency requirement on 6 November 2009. The deadline has been postponed till 18
November 2009 at 16.00.                                                         

Within 18 November 2009 Amagerbanken expects to present an approved prospectus  
of im­plementation of the announced capital increase. On this basis the Bank    
will request extension of the deadline.
