Sponda Plc will publish interim report for the period January-September 2009 on 
Thursday, 5 November 2009 at approximately 8:30 am Eastern European time.       

A meeting for analysts and press will be held in Finnish on Thursday 5 November 
2009 at 9:30 am at Sponda, Korkeavuorenkatu 45, Helsinki. The interim report and
