Today, Standard & Poor's have increased the rating for TrygVesta A/S's
subsidiary Moderna Försäkringar Sak AB in Sweden to “A-“. TrygVesta Forsikring
A/S acquired the Swedish insurance company Moderna Försäkringar Sak AB earlier
in 2009. TrygVesta has issued a parent company guarantee for Moderna's
liabilities and this has been included in Standard & Poor's rating evaluation.
